Funny how the State government demands compliance with whatever law that allows them to get paid, while allowing for the bending of whatever laws might prevent them from getting paid. Here is just another example of why the people of this State must start holding elected officials accountable for the programs they are supposed to oversee. We hold it to be self-evident that all persons are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, the enjoyment of the fruits of their own labor, and the pursuit of happiness Regardless of what your concept of your Creator is, the minds of men could grasp no clearer statement of respect for racial diversity, or the desire for the inclusion of all regardless of ethnicity.
